Whip stocks are 7 feet long, made with super-light graphite rod with a black gloss finish and a great golf-style grip! Lashes are 3 feet long.

My training whip delivers a wide variety of messages to the horse: move forward, widen the circle, attention please.
It is an extension of my hands, just like the long reins are. The whip needs to perform subtly, with little effort on my part.
Long reins and a long whip aren't usually a good mix. That's why I prefer a seven-foot carbon stock and a three-foot lash. The whip is light, well balanced and not a burden to carry around.
The whips are made by my friend Meredith Russo. She is a carriage driver, as well as a sail rigger.
