Steve Faust
I, Steve Faust, have had an interest in photography for many years and have, through trial and error, developed my own techniques of the craft.

Mid-2006, I went to the Kentucky Horse Park in Lexington, Kentucky. I was impressed with the program and the facilities. I was also deeply impressed with the overall friendliness of the personnel of the staff of the park.

I went back the next week with the photographs that I had taken and gave them to those who were participants in the parade of breeds. The reception that these photographs received was better than I ever anticipated and each week it kept getting better and better.

I really enjoy the atmosphere and the various activities that I get involved with each week. I would not exchange the past year's experience for anything in the world! Also my horse friends — including John Henry here — mean a lot to me, and I can't wait to see them each week.

This is Steve with John Henry. John Henry is a legendary race horse who retired to the Kentucky Horse Park and turned 32 in April 2007. Actually it's a good shot of JH, he's usually kind of grumpy. I think he likes Steve.
